Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap in quantum AI and sustainable systems
- Direct cross-functional R&D teams across 3 innovation labs
- Secure $10M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent 5+ novel technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives to commercial deployment
- Expertise in securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Published research in Nature/Science on future technologies
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG compliance frameworks
- Strong network with DARPA/EU Horizon Europe stakeholders
