Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, identifying disruptive trends and emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to maintain technological leadership
- Present strategic vision to executive stakeholders and board members, securing buy-in and resources

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
