Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech) to create strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Design scalable technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product strategists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/VP roles
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 3+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management or equivalent
