Qualifications
- 10+ years in advanced technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Neural Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic chips, AGI safety frameworks
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $10M+ market impact
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Security clearance for DoD-level innovation projects
