- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for technology impact assessment
- Present future technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with academic institutions on emerging technology research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or blockchain architectures
- Published research or patents in future technology domains
- Experience scaling technology teams to 50+ professionals
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks
- Track record of launching enterprise-grade systems with 1M+ users
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile development and DevOps practices
