- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against strategic milestones
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or blockchain architectures
- Proven track record of launching tech innovations with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting innovation investments
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
