Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and other future-focused institutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify emerging tech disruptors before market adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board of directors with data-driven scenarios
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our 'Vision 2026' incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle modeling
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
