Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with exponential growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats across global markets
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and venture capital for emerging technology initiatives
- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to the board and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing) to commercial viability
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
