- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee R&D investments in futuristic technologies with 3-5 year ROI projections
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and thought leadership programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in technology management or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO Academy)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
