- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to integrate future technologies into product pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with clear ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to co-develop next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, and decentralized systems ecosystems
