Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market disruptions through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for 5+ year horizons using predictive analytics and machine learning
- Produce strategic briefs for executive leadership on disruptive forces and competitive implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting future technology adoption
- Build and maintain a proprietary database of emerging technologies and their maturity trajectories
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling platforms
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology futures or disruption analysis
