- Develop quantitative models for emerging technology adoption forecasting
- Curate and maintain the 2026 Innovation Radar database
- Present findings at international conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and researchers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight or innovation research
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published thought leadership on long-term technology trends
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic adaptation
- Certification in Futures Research or relevant domain expertise
