Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and validate emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement horizon scanning protocols for global innovation ecosystems
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and weak signal detection
- Proficiency with trend analysis tools (Gephi, Tableau, Python/R)
- Published research in technology forecasting or futures studies
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
