Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify and quantify emerging trends through 2026
- Design and execute scenario-planning models for C-suite stakeholders across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership reports published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Collaborate with AI research teams to develop predictive trend-forecasting algorithms
- Present strategic recommendations to global clients at annual FutureSummit conferences
- Maintain proprietary trend database with 500+ validated signals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futures consulting
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling methodologies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier business or technology publications
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis and visualization tools like Tableau
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting accuracy with verifiable case studies
