- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Produce quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' with actionable strategic recommendations
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for experimental tech incubation projects

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, technology forecasting, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Demonstrated experience publishing industry foresight research
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic impacts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent practical experience
