Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping 2026 technology convergence points
- Produce strategic briefs on AI governance and quantum computing implications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype sustainable business models
- Advocate for ethical innovation frameworks at international forums
- Monitor global megatrends and disruptor ecosystems
- Author white papers on future-of-work transitions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, sustainability consulting, or innovation strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in systems modeling and quantitative forecasting tools
- Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks and circular economy principles
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Experience with UN SDGs and global policy development
