Responsibilities
- Design AI roadmaps aligned with 2026 sustainability targets (net-zero, circular economy, ethical AI)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype AI solutions for climate modeling and resource optimization
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on quantum computing, neuro-symbolic AI, and biointegrated systems
- Develop governance frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and human-AI collaboration
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and board members on emerging tech disruptions
- Partner with academic institutions to publish whitepapers on AI's role in solving 21st-century challenges
Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI strategy, ML engineering, or tech consulting with sustainability focus
- Expertise in generative AI, predictive analytics, and MLOps infrastructure
- Proven track record of translating AI research into enterprise roadmaps
- Deep understanding of climate tech frameworks (SBTi, TCFD) and ESG metrics
- Experience with agile development and cross-cultural stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics or future studies (IEEE, Nature journals)
- Advanced degree in AI, Climate Science, or Strategic Foresight
