Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based forecasts for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Produce trend reports and risk assessments for emerging industry paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement future-proofing strategies
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term organizational resilience
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, strategic planning, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi method, and scenario planning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in emerging technology or future studies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
