Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives using predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Monitor global megatrends (demographic shifts, climate adaptation, neurotech convergence)
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present findings through compelling visualizations and executive storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional data visualization and narrative storytelling abilities
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
