- Design and execute stakeholder workshops to align leadership on future-state vision

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, TED Talks, industry journals)
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
