Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present executive briefings and stakeholder reports on emerging disruptive forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking across 500+ global teams
- Quantify market opportunities for board-level decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing forward-looking initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum systems, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
