Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies before market emergence
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural-network integration
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years applied research experience
- Published work in IEEE Spectrum, Nature Futures, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Proven track record of scaling theoretical concepts to MVP stage with Fortune 500 partners
- Expertise in predictive modeling using Monte Carlo simulations and Bayesian forecasting
- Deep understanding of quantum computing architectures and their societal implications
- Certification in Neuro-Ethics or Autonomous Systems Governance frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 commercially deployed innovations with global impact
