Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI ethics governance
- Published futurist research or patent portfolio in transformative tech
- Expertise in climate-tech scaling and circular economy models
- Experience with federal innovation grant programs (DARPA, ARPA-E)
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
