Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological shifts, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for quantum applications, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and strategists through full lifecycle of prototype-to-launch initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital networks
- Develop ethical frameworks and compliance protocols for next-gen AI and biotech deployments
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and interactive simulations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Futures Studies, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies, horizon scanning, and technology forecasting models
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or patented innovations in emerging tech domains
