- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI)
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping next-generation solutions for healthcare, sustainability, and human augmentation
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies shaping 2026 policy frameworks
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to guide long-term strategy
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking for future-focused initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts
- Published work on 2025+ societal or technological transformation scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
