Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for Horizon Dynamics' 2026 innovation pipeline, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable milestones and ROI tracking
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts and MVPs for future-facing products/services
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive organizational culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with proven impact on market-shifting initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, Web3, etc.) and their commercial applications
- Track record of leading successful product launches from concept to market disruption
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD or MBA preferred) with demonstrated futurist credentials
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio of past innovations demonstrating measurable market impact
