Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing prototype solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neurotech pioneers
- Drive implementation of AI-driven predictive analytics for global supply chain optimization
- Oversee ethical framework development for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants from federal and private foundations
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in emerging tech deployment
- Proven track record of launching solutions with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., causal layered analysis) and simulation platforms
