Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts through rapid experimentation cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers to accelerate innovation
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario development capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication skills
