Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to forecast 3-5 year industry transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Develop quantitative models for trend adoption and market opportunity analysis
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Strong data modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
