- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous decision-making
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and policy bodies
- Translate future trend analysis into actionable product roadmaps
- Oversee implementation of sustainable tech infrastructure initiatives
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching 3+ industry-disruptive products
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech design
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets for R&D initiatives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP preferred)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
