Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with long-term strategic goals
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum AI, neural interfaces, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite executives to identify market disruption opportunities and competitive advantages
- Manage a portfolio of 8-12 high-impact innovation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Present foresight analyses to stakeholders including venture capitalists and industry consortiums
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists across data science, UX, and engineering disciplines
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional presentation skills with demonstrated success at global tech forums (Web Summit, CES)
- Strong background in managing distributed teams across 3+ time zones
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Fluency in AI/ML frameworks and blockchain architecture principles
