Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal trends
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring equitable deployment
- Present compelling innovation narratives to investors, partners, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our 'Future Architects' program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Published thought leadership on societal transformation or technological disruption
- Experience scaling innovation labs in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Mastery of scenario planning and systemic impact modeling methodologies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
