Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum computing integration, AI governance frameworks, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with C-suite executives, academic researchers, and government policymakers
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' summit showcasing breakthrough technologies in biotech, space exploration, and neurotech
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio funding moonshot projects aligned with 2026 sustainability targets
- Author quarterly 'Future Pulse' reports analyzing geopolitical tech trends and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record translating 5-10 year foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurointerfaces
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or societal transformation
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
