Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on potential societal, economic, and technological disruptions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging research
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to the board and investor stakeholders
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation strategists
- Design and implement a corporate foresight methodology framework
- Oversee the development of proprietary trend-sensing AI tools
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
