- Develop ethical frameworks for AI governance and neurotechnology deployment
- Present future-vision scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Curate annual Future Horizons Summit convening world-changing visionaries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable impact on future-shaping initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary expertise
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technological and societal inflection points
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives with global scale
- Deep network within DARPA, Singularity University, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
