Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $50M+ valuations
- Expertise in neural interface development and quantum algorithms
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of sustainable AI and carbon-neutral tech
