Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum AI, neuro-interfaces, and climate adaptation systems
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging tech disruptions with 3-year impact windows
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical AI governance and sustainable tech deployment
- Facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing business models
- Author white papers and policy recommendations for UN Technology Innovation Bodies
- Manage $15M innovation fund allocation to high-potential 2026-viable startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, futurism, or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech (quantum, biotech, or AI)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (patents or IPOs)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Futures Studies
- Fluency in at least one technical programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
