Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies for 2026 market integration
- Architect and execute R&D roadmaps for next-gen AI systems and sustainable tech solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in rapid prototyping cycles
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive products in AI or sustainability
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biodesign, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technologies
- Portfolio demonstrating futuristic concept development and commercialization
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
