Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with 2026 strategic objectives
- Manage portfolio of 2026-focused R&D projects and venture investments
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in technology, business, or futures studies
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or technology forecasts
