Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused R&D roadmaps for emerging tech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-encrypted communication systems

- Secure strategic partnerships with academic and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI, or Biotech Engineering
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, nanotech, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from prototype to global deployment
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Portfolio of patented innovations or breakthrough systems
