Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation framework, aligning with global sustainability goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping quantum-entangled systems, neural interfaces, and climate-positive tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford), government agencies (DARPA, NASA), and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for futuristic projects
- Present breakthrough concepts at global forums (World Economic Forum, TED Countdown) to influence industry standards
- Mentor a cohort of 'Future Architects' through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Quantum Computing, or Emerging Technology with 10+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two technologies with $100M+ market impact by 2025
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum AI) and ethical implementation frameworks
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and carbon-neutral tech certification processes
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Security clearance for classified innovation projects (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Swahili for global stakeholder engagement
