Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping human-centric automation solutions
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and DARPA innovation programs
- Design ethical frameworks for neural interface commercialization
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and policy makers
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for speculative technology incubation
- Publish annual 'State of 2026' technology impact assessment
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Published research in quantum computing or neurotech (Nature/Science journals)
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 sustainability frameworks
- Experience with DARPA/IARPA proposal development
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
