Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological, economic, and cultural trends impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop predictive models and scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and market disruption strategies
- Produce trend reports and white papers positioning Innovate Tomorrow as a thought leader
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight into concrete product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging tech trends (AI/ML, blockchain, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic pivots based on future analysis
