Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy at FAANG or DARPA
- Published 3+ papers in top-tier scientific journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from 0 to IPO
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Clearance for national security-level projects
