Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological and societal trends through 2026
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on emerging disruptions
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable energy transitions
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for future markets
- Publish forward-looking research in industry journals and thought leadership platforms
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists in forecasting methodologies and ethical foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing trend-forecasting frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Experience with data visualization tools for trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
