Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech paradigms (quantum, AGI, biotech) with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for future-proofing enterprise infrastructure
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping disruptive solutions
- Present trend analyses to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with academic partners on next-gen R&D initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech ethics
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research on future tech trends or ethics
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks
- Strong background in systems thinking modeling
- Track record of scaling innovative solutions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or relevant field
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
