- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design human-centric frameworks for emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop IP strategies for future-facing technology portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or platforms
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in futures forecasting or technology strategy preferred
