- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budgets to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and global tech accelerators for 2026-readiness
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite and board members, translating complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Mentor innovation teams while maintaining hands-on involvement in prototyping and validation cycles
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, climate tech) and prioritize 2026-relevant opportunities
- Drive patent development for breakthrough technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with proven 5+ year vision implementation
