Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic innovation at top-tier tech firms
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling moonshot projects
- Certification in Systems Thinking & Scenario Planning
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and impact assessment
