Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global innovation ecosystems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into development roadmaps

- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or future planning roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020s technology trend analysis and strategic implementation
